What You’ll Be Doing:
Engineering Brilliance: Shape the future by establishing and enhancing quality standards for engineering documents.
Design Mastermind: Create and coordinate sleek, efficient layouts for new designs and modifications, working closely with various departments and partners.
Wire Harness Wizardry: Dive into defining space requirements and ensuring everything fits like a glove.
Diagram Dynamo: Turn complex electrical/avionics systems into crystal-clear wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and harness data reports.
⚡ Compliance Champion: Navigate EMI, HIRF, and Lightning requirements while following EWIS regulations for ultimate wire safety.
Component Connoisseur: Choose the perfect connectors, back shells, and parts, collaborating with vendors and scouring catalogs like a pro.
️ Optimization Guru: Analyze existing designs and make them better, faster, and more reliable.
Documentation Dynamo: Keep meticulous records for ultimate configuration control and traceability.
Certification Support: Assist in creating documentation that proves your designs are ready to conquer the skies.
Manufacturing Partner: Guide the journey from concept to production, resolving issues with creativity and expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of wiring and harness design.
✈️ Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with TCCA, FAA, and EASA rules and requirements.
️ CATIA V4 Drafting: 5 years or 5,000 hours of experience is a massive plus!
Documentation Control: Master of configuration and document control processes.
Team Player: Skilled at communicating with people from all corners of the company and beyond.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office for creating stunning presentations and reports.
