Location: Weekly travel to Tacoma, WA (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud Solution Consultant to join our team and contribute to transforming customer service in the utilities sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative solutions and be part of an exciting project.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and design SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solutions.

• Configure and test SAP Service Cloud solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices for utilities customer service.

• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring customer expectations are met.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external).

Must Haves:

• Strong expertise in SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U.

• In-depth understanding of utility customer service processes, including MIMO and account identification.

• Experience with data replication between SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U.

• Proven experience in greenfield SAP CRM 7.X Utilities Call Center implementations.
