In the candidate survey, in which over half of our placed candidates answered, Morson Canada received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 68.4% of our placed candidates, far in excess of the industry average of 40%. This Net promoter Score is more than X times the industry average of 18% in 2020.

Over a third of our clients gave a comprehensive view into the high-quality services provided by the company, with 66.7% giving satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10. This is significantly higher than the industry average of 41%. This yielded a Net Promoter Score of 60%, compared to the industry average of 29% in 2021.
