Change Management Coordinator
Location: Vancouver, BC
On-Site: Yes, M - F
Duration: 12 Months (Can be extended annually)
Hours: 40/week
Hourly Rate: $55/hour
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support Project Management team leadership in tracking and assessing trends and changes.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely disposition and accurate reporting of impacts on costs and schedules.
- Contribute towards strategic and innovative ideas to improve the effectiveness of change management.
- Work with change management leadership and client groups to facilitate the application of various change management approaches, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Support research/document/content management on changes using established platforms.
- Gather and evaluate regular change management metrics and create reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle highly confidential and time-sensitive material with tact and discretion; ability to confidently raise issues with leadership and peers.
- Work and coordinate effectively with functional and support team members.
- Collaborate with the global teams as directed to ensure aligned application of change control methods and tools for all change management and related activities on projects.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of Change Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with change management.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills. Proficient with MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and complete follow-through required.
- Able to successfully multi-task and deal with multiple deadlines and priorities.
