The Analyst will leverage strong data analysis and communication skills to develop key artifacts, quickly and effectively put pen to paper, gather and refine business requirements, facilitate collaboration across business units, and work closely with Systems Integrators (SI), executive leadership, program managers, and project managers to ensure successful program delivery, execution, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry data, such as 10-K statements, to uncover trends and assess performance. Evaluate industry peers globally to understand strategic positioning and identify improvement areas compared to industry standards. For example, analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable insights that inform ERP strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine detailed business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and the Product Director's vision. Effectively communicating findings to stakeholders, providing clear examples of potential outcomes and benefits.

Rapidly develop and document initial business artifacts, such as business cases and process maps, demonstrating the ability to quickly and effectively put pen to paper with high-quality results.
- Collaboration with Systems Integrators (SI): Work closely with Sis to support the execution and deployment of ERP solutions. Facilitate effective collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and successful integration of solutions. For instance, coordinate joint workshops to align project milestones and deliverables.
- Process Data & Data Flow Analysis: Analyze process data and data flows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Compare metrics against industry standards to highlight areas for improvement and optimize processes for enhanced performance, communicating results effectively to stakeholders.
- Facilitation & Program Coordination: Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Use strong communication skills to support the development and refinement of program plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless execution of project phases.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT activities by coordinating test plans, facilitating communication between business users and technical teams, and ensuring testing aligns with business requirements and objectives. Provide examples of successful UAT scenarios to guide testing efforts.
- Tracking, Reporting & Communication: Monitor program progress meticulously, preparing insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders within DT&S. Ensure effective communication across business units, keeping all parties informed and engaged.
- RAID Log Management: Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs comprehensively to ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of program uncertainties. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies, using data-driven insights.
- Data Management & Metrics Analysis: Collect, analyze, and consolidate program data to support informed decision-making and reporting. Develop data models and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decisions and metric-based performance assessments.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions. Assist in post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback to enhance future program execution and drive ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
