Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR)
Our client is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join their team in Thunder Bay. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the region, increasing sales of parts and service solutions through technical expertise and outstanding customer engagement with maintenance planners.
Please note: This is a remote position, and the successful candidate must reside in the Kenora or Rainy River Districts.

What You’ll Do:
Prioritize Safety – Always demonstrate safe and environmentally responsible work practices.
Drive Sales Growth – Promote and increase parts sales, exchange components, and secure customer agreements.
Develop Customer-Focused Solutions – Assist in creating programs that support customer needs and business objectives.
Expand Business Opportunities – Build marketing strategies, prospect for new clients, and implement closing strategies.
Deliver Impactful Presentations – Educate customers on Caterpillar parts and service solutions through service facilities.
Optimize Fleet Performance – Help customers reduce operating costs through strategies like Repair Before Failure, Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Planned Component Replacement, and Contamination Control.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with MSRs and ISRs to implement a team-based selling approach.

What You Bring:
✔ Post-secondary education (related field preferred).
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in product support sales.
✔ Strong technical knowledge, customer service skills, and a drive to build lasting business relationships.
✔ Technically Savvy – Understanding equipment, machinery, or vehicles is a plus.
✔ Strong Relationship Builder – Can develop trust with customers and maintain long-term business connections.
