The Project Manager for WL Operations at Whiteshell will lead key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and environmental standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with operational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management, preferably in industrial settings.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in project management tools.
