Job Posting: SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE – Segmentation Expert (Retail/Fashion)
Location: Remote (Support users in US PT time zone)

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE – Segmentation Expert to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of segmentation functionalities for retail and fashion operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory allocation and ensure processes align with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and configure segmentation for multi-channel retail processes (e-commerce, wholesale, retail).
Integrate SAP S/4HANA with modules like SD, MM, PP and external planning tools (e.g., Toolio, ChannelApe).
Manage real-time inventory reallocation and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
Define and implement prioritization rules for sales, stock transport, and store orders.
Document best practices and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and RISE PCE, with hands-on experience in segmentation configuration.
Strong understanding of retail/fashion multi-channel operations and specialized workflows.
Experience integrating SAP with external systems (e.g., 3PLs, ChannelApe) and managing inventory allocation.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
