Job Title: Team Lead – Capital Projects
Location: Saskatoon, SK
About the Role:
As the Team Lead for Capital Projects, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects and the growth of our business. This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and mentorship to deliver high-quality results for our clients and foster a thriving, collaborative team culture. Your efforts will directly contribute to the development of the community through impactful projects and the professional growth of your team members.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand services in the local market.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth and diversification.

- Oversee operational objectives, ensuring projects consistently meet quality, financial, and performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and deliver on strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations leadership, business development, or team management, ideally in professional services or construction.
- Degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of professional services business models, resource management, and risk management practices.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed financial and operational targets while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Established network within the industry and active involvement in regional associations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
