Oversee readiness of key assets and equipment, ensuring nothing stands in the way of production.
Lead the planning team in building clear, executable work packages that streamline workflow.
Anticipate challenges in production and implement smart solutions before they impact timelines.
Partner with engineering to plan for new modifications and production ramps.
Manage and optimize ERP work order systems to support all stakeholders across operations.
Work closely with supply chain teams to prevent material shortages and ensure seamless production.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing planning team, supporting their growth and success.
Coordinate staffing and resources, scaling efficiently with internal teams and contractors when needed.
Monitor performance metrics to keep operations sharp, efficient, and always improving.
Ensure compliance while continuously identifying ways to simplify and enhance planning processes.
Champion a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation within the planning function.
Proactively address performance gaps, collaborating with others to implement effective improvements.
What You Bring:

PMP certification
10+ years of experience in manufacturing logistics/planning, including 5+ years in leadership.
Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP system skills.
