Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Structures)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with M1/M2 certification to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our helicopter fleet to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections and maintenance on helicopter systems, including engines, avionics, electrical systems, and airframe components.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues using appropriate tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance on helicopters, following manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
- Collaborate with other maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Document all maintenance actions and repairs in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with aviation industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in helicopter maintenance and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license with M1/M2 certification.
- Proven experience in helicopter maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Proficiency in using aircraft maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license with a specialization in Structures.
- Proven experience in helicopter structural maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Proficiency in using aircraft maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with various helicopter models and manufacturers.
- Additional certifications or training in advanced structural repair techniques.
