Job Title: Project Manager - Building Design

Seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager with Ontario building design experience, adept at both design and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project proposals, negotiate fees, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Formulate and manage project teams for timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Track project progress, communicate updates, and oversee quality control.
• Facilitate client meetings, document discussions, and ensure design alignment.
• Identify additional scope, negotiate fees, and oversee sub-consultants.
• Coordinate contract administration and invoicing, fostering client relationships.

Design Duties:

• Design mechanical or electrical projects of varying complexity.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project documentation.
• Conduct field reviews and manage construction administration.

Requirements:

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems management.
• Experienced in project and construction management.
• Familiarity with construction contract law and pricing projects.
• Effective multitasker with problem-solving abilities.
• 8+ years' experience in building design or construction.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
