Contract Duration: 12 months
Shift: Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday - 9:00 am – 7:30 pm EST
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
As a member of the Service Desk team, you'll be responsible for resolving support calls at the initial contact point. Utilize a wealth of knowledge base articles and collaborate closely with your team to address support tickets efficiently. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while consistently receiving positive feedback through Quality Control and our Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Service Desk support to clients via telephone and chat
Log and update support tickets using the Company's Incident Management Application
Resolve support calls promptly and efficiently, meeting SLAs
Escalate calls when necessary
Complete company-provided training to excel in your role
Stay updated on the latest technologies utilized by the Company
Demonstrate a genuine desire to continually enhance your technical knowledge and skills
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent experience/combined education with additional technical training
Community college diploma (IT technician) and/or related experience supporting end-users in an IT environment
Proficiency in MS Office Products, Windows 10, and iPhones
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Clearance required for the role: Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance
