Overview:
Our client is seeking an HVAC Project Coordinator to join their team. This permanent role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience in HVAC or related project coordination roles. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee HVAC projects across multiple sites within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ensuring timely and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage HVAC projects across 10-20 sites within the GTA.
• Supervise and monitor the implementation of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and manage detailed project documentation, ensuring compliance with building, construction, and HVAC regulations.
• Troubleshoot and provide proactive solutions to challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and provide status updates on project progress.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination to meet project milestones.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC project coordination or related roles (preferred).
• Mechanical Engineering degree (fresh graduates with a relevant degree will be considered).
• Strong familiarity with building and construction processes and mechanical systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
