We’re on the lookout for a Lead Avionics Integration Methods Agent to join our client, a major player in the aviation industry, in Calgary, AB!

If you’re passionate about avionics, thrive on problem-solving, and love leading a team, this role is calling your name! You’ll be the go-to expert for developing and improving avionics and electrical manufacturing documentation while keeping everything running smoothly on the production floor.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Degree/diploma in Business, Project Management, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
✅ 10+ years of experience in avionics/electrical manufacturing & modification programs.
✅ Leadership experience 
✅ PMP certification
✅ Strong cost accounting & estimating skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
